“We did the zip line and hoyo azul at scape park, what a blast! The zip lining was a bit scary for me and a bit of a challenge since I'm not in the best of shape. But if I can do it anyone can. The guides were safety conscious as well as fun. The hoyo azul (blue hole) was beautiful, but the water was cold. We bought the picture package, which they put on a USB, fantastic pictures. This was fun for the entire family. I highly recommend it!”

“We booked through Punta Cana Tours only a day before we hopped on the plane to the DR. Despite our last minute booking, everything went perfectly. I would definitely book through tehm again, and I do hope to have the opportunity in the future. This excursion was run by Scape Park. They were on-time, very friendly, and helpful. The Zip Line was really fun, but be ready to do a lot of walking and climbing. The view from the top showed the forest canopy all the way to the ocean off the coast of Cap Cana. After the zip line, we had lunch which was advertised as light but there was plenty to go around. The fruit was delicious. There were grilled vegetables, burgers, and fries as well. Following lunch, we left for the Hoyo Azul. There is a short nature walk the group takes along the way which has an area full of orchids and other local plants. But by far, my favorite part was getting to and swimming in the Hoyo Azul. You don't really think its going to be as perfect and beautiful as the pictures, but it truly is. The water is so clear and it feels so nice. It is cold but it feels great after hiking all day or, in my case, with a slight sunburn. I would do this excursion over and over again. We swam for an hour and then headed back to the main building. There are busses that take you back to your hotel; however, my friend and I were so tired we weren't paying attention and we missed our bus. Instead of making us wait until the next bus left three hours later they found us an available driver and small van and shuttled us home immediately. They were very accommodating considering it was our mistake in the first place. Can't wait to do it again on a future trip!”

Not for the faint at heart or weak knees… The Ziplining part is absolutely amazing but what they fail to tell you is that you will be climbing on the sides of cliffs and crawling through caves to get to the next platform… It really needs to be stated that you need to be in good physical condition to perform these tasks… I took my dad, who is a young 55 but has some knee troubles… He was exhausted by platform 2 because of all of the serious rock climbing… It's quite a thrill but certainly needs a warning or disclaimer… The Hoyo Azul "Blue Hole" is breath taking… The water is so clear and gorgeous… The swimming is much needed after ziplining all morning… But a slight caution… It's quite a trek to get back to the hole and the terrain is quite treacherous… Wear comfortable walking shoes that you can also hike a bit in!”
“We used this company for our roundtrip airport transportation as well as booking one of our excursions. Both were AWESOME! The shuttle is the same price as a cab would be. Except you have no hassle, A/C, and you are alone in a spacious van. We did the Hoyo Azul & Buggy excursion and both were really fun. They are at Scapepark at Cap Cana. Feel free to check out what other excurisons they offer there. We only did those two, but next time we may choose to do a full day of 3 or 4. Love this company! They have a live chat rep on their website to answer questions as well. Prices were fair!”

“The Company "Punta Cana Tors" is a legit, professional company supplying tours to tourists. I personally went on the Zip Line and Hoya Azul tour, Parasailing tour, and the party boat tour. I must say that the Zip line tour went above and beyond to make an exciting experience, I do suggest that you bring extra money with you as photos for the excursions can be a bit pricy, For all day tours at the Escape Park, Photos can cost anywhere from 12$ a photo up to 90$. The beach horseback riding costs a flat 70$ USD for the CD. It is a pricy venture to return with photos. However, The Hoya Azul which was described as "off limits" to video and recordings, is crap. our tour guide allowed us to take as many pictures as we wanted and we were even allowed to dive into the deep natral blue pool. If you choose this excursion, an underwater camera would be best for pictures. Also once we arrived i found that a local tour guide person who was stationed at a local food chain offered the same tours for much cheaper prices. The local market store was located on Avenida Drive near los Corales. Hard to miss. Anyways, had a blast. Appreciated the service. I would also like to inform everyone that in DR (Placing this lightly), people drive absolutely nuts. so expect a rough ride no matter where or how far you decide to travel while here. No one follows {Rules of the road} If you are to slow you will be cut off or run off the road. Police are extremly limited. and you will rarely ever see them. Also, expect that any time you leave your hotel you will be bugged and pressured into buying items at a typical unfair and high value. Hope this review was helpfull.
I give them 4 stars because our parasailing excursion was cancelled and no one informed us of the issue until we had been waiting at the pick up spot for over 25 min past our pick up time. They then rescheduled our excursion for the following day. Overall the Punta Cana tours has worked great for us. Thank you for the expidited responces and information.”

“Awesome! Booking 2 separate excursions with Punta Cana Tours made it super easy and allowed us to get a discount that we wouldn't have been able to get if we booked at the hotel. We did the Scape Park, zip lining and Hoyo Azul, and the Sting Ray Bay Festival. (See my reviews on those for more detail) A feature that we would like in the future is for Scape Park. Being able to customize the tours rather than pick from the ones already planned out. For example we would definitely do zip lining again but not Hoyo Azul (seen it once type of thing) and would like to try something else at Scape Park. Transportation to and from the hotel was east and comfortable.”

“This was the best money spent and the best experience ever on a vacation excursion. We had never done Zip Lining and the entire staff was professional, helpful, and always smiling. They made it so much fun. We then had lunch and off to the snorkeling, booze cruise portion. Again…a great staff. Extremely positive, professional and made the experience a blast!!. You cruise along the beautiful coast. You first snorkel in deep water and then they cruise you to waist high water where the booze begin to flow. It truly was a joyful, fun loving day. I highly recommend this to all (over 21).”

“Our private airport transfer was perfect, on time, and no issues. Our driver even let us pop champagne on the way to our resort. The drive was easy and we had no problems. We choose to do the Zipline & Hoyo Azul tour with Punta Cana Tours, we were the first to be picked up, and made stops at 4 other resorts. The zipline was super fun, the crew was great, and rather complimentary of us girls, but still we had a good time. The brief hike to the Blue Hole was easy, and the hole was awesome!! Disney, our guide for this was funny, knowledgeable, and laid back. Swimming and jumping off the rocks was a great time! Then, on our way home, we were the last to be dropped off. I just didnt expect to be in the car so long. That would be the major downside for this. We still had a great time here!”

“My fiance and I booked 2 activities: zip lining and Hoyo Azul Excursion, and we loved it! Everyone at the adventures park was very friendly and the guides were definitely there to make our excursion as much fun as possible. First we went zip lining. The main guide was great at explaining the way the ziplines worked, and all the security features. The adventure consists of 8 ziplines, the first four being very short/easy ones, and the last 4 being longer/more fun ones. I wish there had been more of the longer ones, but I think some people were ready to get to the end and get some lunch! Lunch was very good (and free if you had another activity that afternoon). It was definitely designed to appeal to American tourists (burgers, hot dogs, fries…) and despite being good (I mean standard and unlimited), I wish they had provided us with a taste of local, traditional food. Then we were on our way to the Cenote, Hoyo Azul. After a short (10 min) walk through the forest, we arrived at Hoyo Azul, which is absolutely beautiful! Definitely bring a mask and snorkel tube if you can…we had a great time there and it's refreshing after the zip lining and all the walking! To kill time between activities, we walked around the souvenirs shop, and looked at the birds, monkeys, and snakes they have there… The only downside was the drive time to and from the hotel (could be 5 min, could be 40, depending on your hotel), but I think that is something that will be the same for every single excursion… We had a great time and I would definitely recommend the Scape Park!”
“We had a great time! We did the Hoyo Azul/Zipline combo tour. The bus picked us up right when they said it would. The drive took about 40 minutes from the Bavaro Princess to get the site. The activity itself was a blast! They provided lunch for us, and got us back right on time. Staff were all extremely friendly, spoke english and spanish, and even took pictures with us while zipling.”

“The Hoyo Azul was amazing! I wish we could have stayed there much longer than we did. The ATV rides was pretty fun… just stand up when it is bumpy and you won't hurt your groin area! We were at the beach for a short time, too. The best I got out of this event was my Go-Pro videos and the waterfall experience. They also take a lot of pictures so make sure you're in them if you want to get the CD/DVD/hard copies.”
“We booked thru Punta Cana Tours and our driver arrived a few minutes early and the van was nice and air conditioned. we did go to about 5 other hotels to pick up people which might bother some but we didn't mind seeing things. Scape park is nice. we did the 3 activities. We did hoyo Azul which was about a 1/2 mile walk in way and did it in water shoes and it wasn't too difficult. the water is cold but neat to see. Disney was our guide and he was good and informative. then we had lunch and it was fine-hamburgers. we then did the waterfall safari , it is a bumpy ride on a large jeep type truck and they take you to see the locals. the last activity was the zip line which had really great staff and super supportive especially Manuel. my sister and I are about 200lbs and in ok shape-the first line you take 3 flights of stairs-no biggie but after that there is a very difficult walk. take your own water if you can. the rest of the lines were good. there was a could that were difficult but they have you teather-you do crawl on your hands and knees thru a soft of cave-only about 6 feet but do have to rock climb about 2 stories. I still would recommend doing it that it is worth it but if you have health restrictions be aware-they told us it is easy and there is stairs the entire way and it wasn't! bring bug spray! you are also encourage to tip each guide at the end of the activities…”
“Booking our Punta Cana zip line excursion was very easy to do before we left our home in the United States. The tour was EXCELLENT. The tour guide Eddie was prompt, friendly and fun. We got a bit of Dominican history as we drove to the location. The staff went to great lengths to ensure our safety as well as fun. The scenery was absolutely beautiful. Be sure to take cash to purchase photos of your fun and for tips for the staff as we were in the mountain and there is no electricity. And although tips are not required they are expected.”
“Great Experience! The caving and Hoyo Azul adventure was awesome. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Punta Cana. The only negative thing I have to say is that the Hotel they told me to be at for pick up was far from where I was staying and it cost me 1000 pesos to get there. They came 40 minutes later and took us straight to the park so all was well. Then on the return they did drop me off near my hostel so it did not cost me another taxi ride, Two thumbs up!!”

“There were 8 ziplining lines. It was in an area called Cap Cana. Unlike most zip lines, attached to trees, these zip lines are attached to El Farallon Cliff overlooking the Caribbean Sea. It was totally amazing. The guides were excellent and very knowledgeable, initially outlining all safety features. The last zip line was really long. What a great time we had!!”
“The customer service from Punta Cana Tours made this such a great experience! We booked the Zip Lining & Hoyo Azul excursion. After reviewing multiple sites, we selected this one for our all girls trip to DR. I emailed several questions to them which they happily answered each time. The agents were so are friendly. As a result, I was very pleased with our booking. The tour driver arrived on time. It took about 30mins to complete the other resort pick ups. We began with Zip Lining where all the guides were knowledge and very friendly. We then broke for lunch and took pictures with a monkey and a snake. You can purchase indiv photos of your day (approx $10 each). We selected the CD with all the pics for $65 as there were 5 of us. In the afternoon we did the hike up to the Hoyo Azul. The lagoon was beautiful & refreshing after the hike!!! Needless to say we had a great excursion & lots of laughs. Once we returned home & viewed the pics, we realized the ones with me & the monkey were missing. I reached out to Scape Park directly several times. When I did not rcv a response, I contacted Punta Cana Tours to see if they could assist. They went above & beyond. Within 24hrs I rcvd the missing pics emailed to me, that the tour company helped to obtain. I use to work in travel & hospitality so customer service is very important. This co. surpassed my expectations, especially Arliss! We highly recommend them & the tours we booked! Thank you for a great experience!”
