Just so you know, Punta Cana ain’t flat. A short drive from Punta Cana’s sandy, sea level, beaches takes you to the Dominican Republic’s Oriental Mountain Range. Known for its steep hills and deep valleys, the Oriental Mountains practically lend themselves to genuine Zip Lining.

• The Transport – The ride is part of the tour. From your hotel we head north into the Orientals. See small country communities and admire the rolling green hills of our eastern mountain chain.
• The Course – The Zip Line course was developed by Costa Rican experts. platforms sit strategically on tropical hillsides, with interconnecting lines that transverse the lush valley floor.
• The Hike – Set within a tropical forest, each platform is connected by walking trails. So, after each heart pumping Zip Line take a stroll and take in the Caribbean scenery before Zipping again!
• The Thrill – In case you forgot..Zip Lining consists of being strapped into a harness and flung hundreds of feet above the ground at upwards of 40 mph. Oh, and our longest line is 2,500 feet, that’s more than 7 city blocks. It’s so long you can’t see where it ends. Talk about a leap of faith! Are you sure you want to do this?

You should probably wear sneakers or hiking boots on this tour, as sandals and flip-flops tend to come off and get lost amongst the trees. Although there is no weight limit, your waist size must not exceed 45 inches. Children must be 5 or older to take this tour. Groups of 6 or more at hotels in Bayahibe do not have to pay the additional transportation cost.
