“Overall a great experience. The Captain was engaging and made the experience enjoyable. There was a "deck mate" of sorts who helped with everything else. He also was an aspiring photographer, and we got upsold in the end on the pictures he took. It was fun, and we did it, but would have been nice for that to have either been included, or to have been given the option with clear up-front price before reserving the experience. Also the only alcohol they had aboard was local beer, and vodka. We preferred rum. To their credit, they took a detour to find us some rum after we were already aboard. We would do it again, but would ask more questions up front knowing what we know now.”

“Booked their airport transportation and the Catamaran boat trip. Driver was roadside waiting for us with a sign and took us to hotel in air conditioned van. Same goes for the ride back to airport today. On 2 June we went out on the Catamaran trip. It was an awesome trip. Snorkeling, sailing around the Caribbean and lots of dancing and music. We controlled the playlist and they made sure our cups stayed full. From Presidents to Mama Juana…we all had a great time. “Our group included 7 adults. We had a great time. Pick up and drop off was prompt. The snacks (fruit, salsa/chips, sandwiches) were sufficient considering there was alcohol consumption. The unlimited drinks were really nice. Those who snorkeled enjoyed the experience. Our crew was awesome.
I rated a 4 instead of a 5 because I felt like the representative from the tour operating company snubbed me when she found out we booked through a 3rd party v. directly with them.”

“We did a 1/2 day catamaran tour and the entire staff was very pleasant and ensured we were enjoying the day. We stayed at the Westin, which is about 20 minute drive to the beach location, but they arranged pick up/ drop off. On the boat the staff was professional and explained everything clearly and were eager to assist with anything”

“We did the half day tour down the Bavaro coast. The trip was great fun with a few stops for snorkelling and then one where they had a floating bar, turned up the music and had a lot of laughs. All in all the trip was a great morning out and great value for money.”
“This was my first time snorkeling. I was nervous but terrified once I got in the water. Luckily Heriberto (Eric) was with me and my husband the whole time. He made us feel very safe and I got so confident I went out on my own. After we stopped at a sandbar and it was so awesome. We also did some dancing on the boat. So much fun!”

“These guys were fantastic. We signed up for the exclusive tour as opposed to the overcrowded Saona Island tour and we couldn't have been happier. We shared a catamaran with only 9 other people and the experience was beyond words. The crew (coffee, shaggy, scooby and the girl who's name I forget) were as so friendly and professional. Went to 2 snorkeling sites as well as a shallow 4 ft area where we could stand and take pics. Kids had a blast as did the adults. Would definitely recommend this excursion to anyone looking for a snorkeling experience.”

“PROS: We enjoyed the catamaran boat ride, swimming in sand bar area, lunch on the beach, and speed boat ride. The scenery along the way was absolutely beautiful. CONS: We did not like all of the peddling of "junk" by tour operator, high pressure beach peddlers that won't take no for an answer. We also didn't like the lack of soft drinks or beer on the boat and beach – only cheap rum and coke.”

The snorkeling was pretty average (really not a reef by any stretch) but we knew that going into it and so for us it was exactly as expected — – fun afternoon – good laughs – plenty of rum drinks and a few snacks (no lunch, so don't plan on filling up)”
