Overview
The only excursion in Punta Cana that allows you, along with other in your group, to drive real Jeeps! Venture outside the resorts into the Dominican countryside. With a combination of off-road and paved road driving, you’ll get to see the Dominican Republic up close and personal behind the wheel of an open air jeep. Just bring your sense of adventure, and you’re ready to go!

With some guidance of course…
This is a guided Punta Cana Jeep tour but you’re in the driver’s seat.
And where are you driving to? Glad you asked…
A rural countryside… You’ll visit local towns and see how many Dominicans live in their rural environment. Going off-road, you’ll travel through sugar cane and rice fields where we’ll stop to learn the process of making and harvesting cacao (chocolate), coffee, vanilla, cinnamon, and cigars. You can even take some home as a souvenir!
On to the mountains… Taking a combination of dirt and partially paved roads, you’ll journey deep into the rural countryside where you’re sure to see livestock, fisherman, and plenty of locals just enjoying their daily lives. We culminate in the foothills of the Cordillera Oriental Mountain Range with green foliage and palm trees as far as the eye can see.
Lunch at the ranch… We’ll also stop along the way at a scenic local ranch where you can ride horses, do a little zip line and of course have lunch! A typical Dominican spread of rice, beans, meat, salad and fresh juices.
Put her in park at the beach… Finally, you’ll end up at the renowned Macao Beach in northern Punta Cana. Here, you can enjoy a refreshing swim in the ocean and some simple Caribbean beach time.

With only a limited number of Jeeps, this tour tends to book fast. So make your reservations early. Also, if you wish to drive, you must present your drivers license for verification at the beginning of the tour. If you would like your own private Jeep, you must purchase for 3 people. To do this tour the minimum age is 5 years old.
