“Overall a good experience. We used them to transport us from the airport to our resort and then back after our vacation. The paperwork said they would meet us in the terminal upon arrival. They didn't. We actually had to ask somebody to help us locate them once we were outside the terminal. We probably had to wait 20 or 30 minutes for our ride, even though we had scheduled it. On the way from the resort back to the airport, things were more like what we had expected.”

“I recently booked Punta Cana tours for transportation to and from the airport to our resort in Miches. The airport was hectic but Punta Cana had our driver ready for us when we arrived. The drive was long, about an hour and 15-20 minutes. Our driver was very professional and got us there and back safely.
