“Pickup was a little weird and unsettling. There are a lot of people approaching you and we did not see our names on anyone’s signs. A man asked us who we were with and then apparently texted our driver. He came and got us but then we had to walk down the exit road to the parking lot. We were the only ones doing that and felt it was odd. Van was very clean and cool. On the return, they were at our resort for pickup a few minutes early. Van was clean and cool. When we got out at the airport, I left my phone on the van. Realized it about 5 minutes later. My husband called the company and thankfully they answered and called the driver and he turned around and came back with my phone. I was incredibly thankful for this and realize that it was the best case scenario and could have ended much differently. So for that reason alone, I give 5 stars and would highly recommend.”
